Return & Refund Policies
Policy:
Most orders received early in the day are shipped that same day. If an order is placed in the afternoon, it may not ship until the next business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Delivery delays can and do occur and they are completely out of our control. All delivery times listed are estimates and not guaranteed by Myaderm. It is your responsibility to choose the appropriate shipping method if you have time constraints around your delivery. Our 30-day Money Back Guarantee begins on the day of your order, not on the day you receive shipment. Please allow for this in your choice of shipping service. Myaderm only ships within the United States at this time.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We must receive your return at our return center within 30 days of the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Please ensure your shipping method will arrive within 30 days of the purchase date to be eligible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your order number is usually sufficient.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase (not the date of delivery) is not refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment at that time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@myaderm.com.

Only 0.5oz and 1.7oz bottles may be refunded. Samples and OTG packets cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:

You are responsible for any costs associated with return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost packages.
